This episode comes to you from 3 different locations in central Vermont where we meet with Henry Webb of Old Road Farm, John Hirsh of Clearfield Farm and Taylor Mendell of Footprint Farm These three young farmer friends of mine have been interviewed by me before and this visit checks in to see how their spring is going so far. I visited the first week of April and this episode shares some of what’s happening this time of year on vegetable farms.

The main chore this time of year is covering and uncovering greens.
